Daisy Doesn’t Jump Christmas Edition

We’re very pleased to announce a major update to our popular action game Daisy Doesn’t Jump.

This latest update of the game is sure to add much fun to your Christmas holidays. If you have spent hours or days jumping in games like Doodle Jump and Mega Jump, now it’s time to take a u-turn with Daisy Doesn’t Jump Christmas Edition. The latest installment of the game offers an elegant Christmas theme and enhanced level design in addition to the classic “fall down” game play accompanied by colorful graphics and interesting animations.

Instead of a simple change of theme, this latest update is actually loaded with a revamped level design. In fact, we choose to keep the original “escape from the castle” game as an alternative game theme. So with the Christmas Edition game players’re actually getting two games in one download. You can switch between the original game and the Christmas game on the game’s main screen. The result? Once you’ve played both games you’ll quickly notice the enhanced game play and improved graphics the new update offers.

For those of you who haven’t tried the original Daisy Doesn’t Jump; it’s a downward-scrolling action game in which you control Daisy by simply tilting your device left or right. The game starts with Daisy trying to escape from the top of a castle, going down the staircase made up by some random and potentially harmful platforms. Either going down too fast or too slow would result in Daisy being trapped out of the screen so your goal is to avoid that.

There’re a number of collectibles that would help Daisy out; the bubble, the door (castle theme) and the Christmas sock (Christmas theme) would help Daisy falling down faster; the feather would rescue Daisy in case you move too slow or you fall out of the screen; the heart would give Daisy extra ‘blood’, which you would need quite a lot in levels with those spike platforms. Many times you’d find yourself trapped at the top of the screen because you can’t move fast enough, especially when you face those challenging ‘jump platforms’ which ironically force Daisy who doesn’t jump, to jump. Other times you might just fall down too fast with those ‘broken’ and ‘acceleration’ platforms.

Whether you’ve tried the original Daisy Doesn’t Jump or not, the Christmas Edition is definitely worth playing.

The game now comes with two versions; an ad-supported version that’s free, and an ad-free version for just USD0.99.
